Lovable to production

# Bring your Lovable app into a production workflow.

I help funded founders prepare a usable prototype for real customers: agree on acceptance, implement a bounded scope and document how to operate the release.

[Book a free 45-minute diagnostic ](https://calendly.com/henriquepett/45min)[See scope and pricing](https://tornostudio.com/en/lovable-to-production/#escopo)

A conversation about context, impact and fit. This is not a free technical audit or penetration test.

I’m Henrique Pett, a Product Engineer. You work directly with the person who scopes and implements the delivery. [Read my background](https://tornostudio.com/en/#quem).

## What does preparing a Lovable app for production involve?

For a usable prototype and compatible scope, I agree acceptance criteria, implement bounded changes and check access, the core workflow, integrations and operating procedures. The work starts with your existing backend and accounts; migration or reconstruction needs its own justification and scope.

## A working demo, a concrete pilot, a release to own

For funded pre-seed and seed founders without a CTO, with a business pilot or paying users in view. I inventory the backend, integrations and account ownership before proposing architecture changes. Leaving Lovable is not a prerequisite.

### What I need to understand

* Does the app use Lovable Cloud, connected Supabase or a custom backend?
* Which roles can view, change, approve and export each organization’s data?
* Are payments native or custom? Which event grants access or fulfills an order?
* Which existing scan findings and eligible fixes have been reviewed for this version?

## Repair or rebuild?

### Retain and repair

I retain the prototype when its core workflow exists, business rules are defined and the required changes fit a bounded delivery. I agree checks for legitimate access, tenant isolation and failure recovery where relevant to the scope.

### Rescope before execution

Missing core workflows, an unsuitable data model or integrations that need rebuilding require a new scope before execution. New features and reconstruction are not automatically part of production preparation.

## What makes delivery verifiable

This is the acceptance structure I adapt to your project.

* Roles and data

  A user × action × data matrix with evidence for agreed allowed and denied access scenarios.

* Core workflow

  Success, failure and repeated-action scenarios tested with synthetic data in an authorized environment.

* Integrations

  Relevant responses, failure paths and events checked; payment and entitlement acceptance agreed when billing is involved.

* Operations

  Release, rollback, backup/restore and monitoring procedures defined and verified within the contracted scope.

## Start with the tools already available

Quick scan checks database rules, dependencies and MCP exposure. Deep scan also reviews logic, permissions, data and payments. I use existing findings and eligible fixes; acceptance criteria document your specific business scenarios.

Native payments and custom integrations are inventoried separately. I confirm the path your app uses before scoping tests and changes.

## Pricing follows scope, not the tool or vendor

You have a concrete pilot or users, business impact, a decision-maker to validate rules, authorized source access and a budget compatible with Production-Ready if eligible. This is an engineering engagement for a business release.

### Production-Ready

US$ 7,000

For a usable prototype and compatible scope: 2–3 weeks. I confirm eligibility before contracting. 50% at start and 50% on delivery.

### Product Sprint

US$ 3,000

For an uncertain inherited system or undefined scope. Two weeks to define the problem, priorities and execution plan; 100% upfront. This is not a comprehensive technical audit.

If a new MVP is needed, MVP Core is **from US$ 15,000**, with a separate scope and contract. The Sprint is fully credited toward an MVP signed within 30 days; its deliverables are yours.

### What is excluded

* Rewrites, broad migrations and new features within the Production-Ready price.
* Official platform support, account recovery or Lovable subscription management.
* Penetration testing, certification, absolute security guarantees or regulated compliance without specialists.
* Ongoing operations or 24/7 support bundled into the initial delivery.

## Let’s define the next step.

Bring the blocked workflow, business impact, users or pilot, deadline, decision-maker and budget range for the offer. Confirm whether you can authorize source access. Do not send passwords, keys or customer data; any access will be arranged through invitations and appropriate permissions.

## Before we talk

Do I need to leave Lovable?

Not necessarily. The workflow, dependencies and operating responsibilities guide that decision. A migration needs a reason and its own scope.

Do native scans already check logic and permissions?

Yes. Quick and Deep have different coverage; Deep includes logic, authorization and payments. I use their findings and eligible fixes, then agree business acceptance with you.

Are you official support or a certified partner?

No. I provide independent engineering. Account and platform issues belong with official support; I do not claim a partnership or certification.
