The first conversation helps identify what needs to work, what already exists and what evidence will define a useful delivery. What to include
Describe the current workflow, who uses it, the desired outcome and the systems involved. If you have existing code or a prototype, mention its state and the main failure you see. An expected deadline and investment range help assess fit. Keep passwords, tokens, customer records and other sensitive data out of your initial message. Access can be arranged separately if the project proceeds.
Scope and next steps
Sending a message or booking a call does not confirm a delivery date or an implementation contract. Scope, responsibilities, conditions and price are agreed after evaluating the problem.
